Aesthetic vs. Performance

COMPLIG® exists in two standalone variants – Aesthetic & Performance.
The first one is answer to requirements in interior design – inexpensive, lightweight and flexible material with palette of top layers and finishes.
The second one, Performance, complies with requirements for extreme strength while being very thin. And that’s why it is used for Achilles shoehorns.

COMPLIG® Aesthetic

COMPLIG® Aesthetic is lightweight, thin and flexible three-layered material, which can be finished with plethora of materials and finishes. Boards of COMPLIG® Aesthetic can have any fibrous or non-woven layer on top – veneer, textile, ARO veneer, paper. There are no limits to imagination.

Aesthetic excels in architecture and design. Especially as ceiling and wall coverings, design elements and lighting fixtures.

COMPLIG® Performance

COMPLIG® Performance is a very strong and durable material that excels in load-bearing capacity and water resistance. Performance is composed of 7 symmetrically pressed layers and, thanks to the adhesives used, is permanently flexible and non-absorbent. COMPLIG® Performance is finished with varnish. There is a range of veneers to choose from – both classic and ARO.

Performance excels in product design, for example as part of wine cellars, but also as a load-bearing element, lost formwork or passive acoustic element in architecture.
